Self Society - Terms and Conditions
By ticking this box you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you (the "Participant") and Cece Lewis.
Program Overview
The Self Society 10-week cohort program is priced at AU$1,110 and includes 5x 1:1 coaching sessions, 3x breathwork sessions, workbook, journal, and online community access.
Payment Terms
Payment Authorization: By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Cece Lewis to charge your selected payment method for program fees according to your chosen payment plan.
Payment Options:
Full payment: AU$1,110 due upon enrollment
Payment plan: 3 monthly payments of AU$370 (1st payment due upon enrollment)
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid. Failed payments may result in program access suspension until payment is resolved.
No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided once the program begins, regardless of participation level or circumstances. Failure to use the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Program Access & Delivery
1:1 Sessions:
1:1 Sessions must be scheduled through the provided Calendly system
1:1 No-shows: Session is considered complete, no makeup sessions provided
Rescheduling: Must provide 24-hour notice
Technical Issues:
If platform access issues occur, uploaded materials remain available
Contact Cece directly for guidance if technical problems persist
Professional Boundaries & Disclaimers
Coaching Relationship:
Cece Lewis operates as a coach, NOT a therapist or medical professional
This program does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
Participants are responsible for their own mental health and wellbeing
Cece Lewis is not qualified to provide medical, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
Breathwork & Nervous System Work:
NOT suitable for pregnant individuals.
If pregnant you can still go through the cohort, just not the breathwork sessions.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Program Materials:
All content, materials, tools, workbooks, methods, and resources provided as part of the program remain the sole property of Cece Lewis
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials solely for personal use within the program scope
Participants may NOT share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or commercially use any program content
Session recordings are for personal use only and may NOT be shared
Recordings expire 3 weeks after session date
Community Confidentiality:
What's shared in Self Society stays in Self Society
No sharing of other participants' stories, struggles, or personal information
Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate program removal
Participation & Completion
Engagement Expectations:
Program success depends on your active participation
Non-participation does not entitle you to refunds or extensions
You are responsible for your own results and outcomes
Program Removal:
Cece Lewis reserves the right to remove participants who violate terms or community guidelines
1:1 communication will be provided before removal (except in severe cases)
No refunds provided for program removal due to violations
Limitation of Liability
Assumption of Risk:
You participate in all program activities at your own risk
Cece Lewis is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes
Financial Liability Cap:
Cece Lewis's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total program fees you have paid (AU$1,110)
Cece Lewis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program
Health Conditions:
You confirm you are physically and mentally capable of participating
Consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns about participation
Pregnant individuals are excluded from breathwork components
General Terms
Written Communications:
All formal communications, disputes, or requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@cecelewis.com
Program Changes:
Cece Lewis reserves the right to modify program structure, content, or delivery methods
Participants will be notified of any significant changes
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction
Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect
